About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Server for a part-time position at Crowne Plaza. The role supports banquet and dining service by taking food orders, maintaining buffet presentation and stock, monitoring food distribution, refreshing drinks, and assisting with table bussing. The position requires effective communication, teamwork, strong time management, multitasking, and the ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education.
• At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is stocked appropriately.
• Monitor food distribution to ensure meals reach the correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented, and/or ensure the buffet is appealing.
• Refresh drinks.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
