About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Server to join its team. The role supports banquet food and beverage service, including taking orders, maintaining buffet presentation, distributing meals correctly, refreshing drinks, and bussing tables. The position is part time and requires flexible hours and shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is stocked appropriately.
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered to the correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented, and/or that the buffet is appealing.
• Refresh drinks.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
