About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our “village”. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by delivering top-notch service and creating a positive guest experience. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up banquet rooms and event spaces according to the event plan.
Ensure all tables, chairs, linens, and decorations are arranged appropriately.
Verify that all required equipment and supplies are in place.
Greet guests warmly and professionally.
Provide prompt and attentive service throughout the event.
Serve food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner.
Handle special dietary requests and accommodate guest preferences.
Clear tables and banquet rooms efficiently and discreetly.
Replenish supplies as needed.
Reset tables for the next service or event.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Communicate guest requests and special instructions to the appropriate personnel.
Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Handle and store food and beverages in accordance with health standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work closely with fellow banquet servers and event staff to ensure a cohesive team effort.
