About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Server to join the opening team of OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark in Oklahoma City. This role is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests at banquet functions, setting up and breaking down banquet rooms, and ensuring client satisfaction through friendly and efficient service. As an Experience Curator, the Banquet Server will be a professional memory-maker, creating personalized guest experiences from start to finish.

Requirements

High School Diploma required.
Able to speak and understand English.
Customer centric approach in dealing with the public and co-workers.
Physically able to lift and carry trays & remove soiled items from tables.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Banquet Server preferred.

Responsibilities

Serving food and beverage to guests at banquet functions throughout the resort.
Setting tables with linens prior to functions according to the BEO (Banquet Event Order) specs.
Interacting closely with all event attendees and providing friendly and efficient service to ensure client satisfaction.
Keeping work areas clean and organized.
Knowing food preparation and service.
Reporting all unsafe conditions immediately.
Setting up banquet rooms for functions (chairs, tables, linens, etc.).
Solving unusual customer requests creatively.
Completing other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
