About The Position

The Banquet Server plays a critical role in providing an exceptional dining experience during various banquet events at Black Desert Resort. This position showcases the resort's passion for hospitality and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to discerning guests seeking a unique and high-end experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in banquet service, catering, or fine dining preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and carrying trays or lifting up to 30 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, evenings, and long shifts during event week
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and professional appearance required

Responsibilities

• Set up, serve, and break down banquet events according resort standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism, attentiveness, and poise
• Carry trays, pour wine and beverages, and serve plated or buffet-style meals
• Ensure food and beverage areas are stocked, clean, and organized throughout service
• Assist with clearing tables, removing trash, and maintaining cleanliness in event spaces
• Work collaboratively with other banquet servers, bartenders, and culinary staff
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate guest needs or special requests promptly to banquet leadership
• Attend mandatory orientations and trainings
• Perform other Duties as assigned
