About The Position

The Banquet Server sets up and breaks down event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders, including linens, settings, and audiovisual equipment. The role serves food and beverages with attention to timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction, and keeps banquet areas clean and organized throughout events. The server responds professionally to guest needs and supports the event contact during functions while following food safety, sanitation, and company policies to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

At least 6 months of serving experience for medium to large groups.
Food Safety certification, or completion of training within the first 90 days.
Alcohol certification, or completion of training within the first 90 days.
Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, bend and squat repeatedly, and stand or walk for the entire shift.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
