About The Position

Asher Adams is hiring a Banquet Server to provide friendly, efficient service during weddings, conferences, and other special events. The role involves serving food and beverages, anticipating guest needs, and helping ensure events run smoothly. The server also clears tables, cleans up after events, and maintains a tidy banquet area while following food-safety and sanitation standards. Teamwork, a professional appearance, and compliance with uniform guidelines are expected.

Requirements

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Six months to one year of serving experience preferred.
