About The Position

Walters Wedding Estates is seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to support weddings and events. The role provides service to clients and guests in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and reports directly to the Operations Manager. The position is part-time, based in Spring Branch, Texas, and pays $20–$22 per hour. Work is required on weekends and when events take place.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities is preferred.
Applicable work history is required.
A TABC license and Food Handlers license are required in Texas.
Able to lift 30 pounds frequently and stand or walk for 8–12 hours.
Must complete a background check.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet areas, including moving tables and chairs according to event specifications on the BEO.
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve plated and buffet food and beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate their needs.
Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the event.
Complete closing duties, including clearing tables, breaking down banquet areas, and storing equipment.
Work closely with the culinary and planning team to ensure seamless event execution.
Collaborate with fellow servers to provide efficient and attentive service.
