About The Position

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of bakery and deli staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and are prepared according to company recipes and guidelines.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain vendor relationships to support timely delivery and cost control.
• Achieve required gross profit standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve products and services.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and promptly resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
