Backend Team Manager

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and support

• Drive the design, development, and maintenance of web services and backend systems using technologies such as .NET, NodeJs, MySQL, Redis, React, and others
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles
• Oversee the team's day-to-day activities, track progress, and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical challenges, resolving issues promptly

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or similar managerial position

• Have experience in front-end development utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Have a solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and continuous integration/delivery practices
