• Bachelor's Degree in computer science (or a related field) or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience using modern web frameworks
• Experience writing applications in Python, Scala, or Java - using AWS Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills and a strong desire for continuous learning
• Experience coaching other team members
• Proactiveness of sharing knowledge and learning from others
• Strong drive for high code quality, and engineering best practices
• Experience working with high-performing teams using Agile frameworks
• Passion for great architecture and systems design
