BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Back of House Lead Supervisor at CHS Merit River Region in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The supervisor oversees hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures. The role includes supporting product ordering and inventory, managing product and labor costs against budget, supervising and training staff, maintaining efficient service during peak hours, and following food sanitation and safety principles. The schedule is full time, with days and hours that may vary and weekends included. Pay is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. One year of related experience is required.
Requirements
- One year of previous related experience.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ordering products and maintaining inventory.
- Maintain product and labor costs according to budget.
- Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policies and procedures are implemented.
- Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
