About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Back of House Lead Supervisor at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures. The supervisor assists with product ordering and inventory, monitors product and labor costs against budget, trains staff, and helps maintain efficient service during peak periods. The role also follows food sanitation and equipment-safety principles. The schedule is 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with days varying and rotating weekends. The stated pay range is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered at 30 days and 90 days.

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
