BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Back of House Lead Supervisor at the Mars Pet Care location in Columbus, Ohio. The role supervises hourly associates and ensures that their work practices comply with company policies and procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.; additional details may be provided during the interview. The supervisor assists with product ordering and inventory, manages product and labor costs according to budget, and supervises and trains hourly staff. The position also supports consistent, efficient service during peak hours and follows sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment. Onsite training is offered. The stated pay range is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour.
