About The Position

Eurest is hiring a full-time Back of House Lead Supervisor at the Delta Sky Club in San Diego, California. The role supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures. The supervisor assists with product ordering and inventory, controls product and labor costs within budget, trains staff, and helps maintain efficient service during peak hours while following food sanitation and equipment safety principles. The position pays $25.00 per hour. The schedule is full time, with days and hours that may vary; weekend and holiday availability is required. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the openings are filled.

Requirements

Food safety experience.
Food preparation experience.
Cooking experience.
Supervisory experience.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist with ordering products and maintaining inventory.
Maintain product and labor costs according to budget.
Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure company policies and procedures are implemented.
Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
Follow sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment.
