About The Position

Eurest is hiring a full-time Back of House Lead Supervisor at Den17 Coffee in Denver, Colorado. The position supervises hourly associates to ensure they follow company policies and procedures. The supervisor assists with ordering and product inventory, monitors product and labor costs against budget, trains and supervises hourly staff, and maintains efficient service during peak hours. The role also follows food sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment and may include other assigned duties. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary. The fixed pay rate is $27.50 per hour. Previous barista and kitchen experience is required.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience is required.
• Previous kitchen experience is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ordering and maintaining product inventory.
• Maintain product and labor costs according to budget.
• Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policies and procedures are implemented.
• Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follow sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
