Back Of House Lead Supervisor (Full Time)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Back Of House Lead Supervisor at Den17 Coffee in Denver, Colorado. The role supervises hourly associates to ensure they follow company policies and procedures. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary, and pays a fixed rate of $27.50 per hour. Previous barista and kitchen experience is required. The supervisor assists with ordering and product inventory, monitors product and labor costs against budget, and supervises and trains hourly staff. The role also supports consistent, efficient service during peak hours and follows sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is required.
- Previous kitchen experience is required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of products.
- Maintain product costs and labor costs according to budget.
- Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure company policies and procedures are implemented.
- Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
