About The Position

Southeastern Insurance Group is seeking motivated B2B Sales Professionals to support its expansion in North Georgia. This is a full-time field sales role focused on supplemental benefits for small and midsized businesses. The company offers a program in which clients receive a 100% refund of excess premiums, along with residual income potential and opportunities to advance into leadership and management. No prior insurance experience is required; training and onboarding are provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily in-person B2B sales visits with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Meet with business owners, HR managers, and other key decision makers.
• Present supplemental insurance and employee benefits solutions in group and one-to-one settings.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop a referral-driven book of business.
• Manage the sales pipeline using the company's proprietary CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
