About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or digital advertising.
Experience conducting outbound prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity qualification activities.
Proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing clients through phone, email, video meetings, and other outreach channels.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue, activity, and performance targets.
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and customer record maintenance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and recommend growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-value outbound prospecting activities to identify, engage, and build target advertiser lists.
Proactively identify key decision-makers within prospective advertiser organizations and initiate the sales process through phone, email, video meetings, and social outreach.
Execute outbound sales motions to generate incremental and net-new revenue opportunities.
Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospective advertisers to assess business needs and advertising goals.
Develop tailored outreach strategies leveraging seasonal trends, product offerings, and advertiser-specific opportunities.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to develop and grow new advertiser relationships.
Create and manage sales opportunities while ensuring data quality and CRM compliance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including account activities, opportunities, pipeline progression, and customer interactions.
Lead consultative sales conversations with prospective advertisers to drive new business acquisition and close opportunities.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all advertiser touchpoints and communications throughout the sales cycle.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and continuously develop expertise in digital advertising, client management, and sales strategy.
Collaborate with program leads and managers to identify process improvements that enhance lead quality, conversion rates, advertiser engagement, and operational efficiency.
Consistently achieve or exceed established sales, pipeline, and revenue KPIs.
Own and nurture advertiser relationships post-sale for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience and long-term success.
Identify revenue expansion opportunities within existing advertiser accounts and proactively monitor overall account health.
Identify, develop, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing advertiser accounts to drive incremental revenue growth.
Build strategic account growth plans that align advertiser objectives with Pinterest advertising solutions and products.
Conduct regular business reviews with advertisers to identify new opportunities, optimize performance, and strengthen partnerships.
