Requirements
- Member of the Barreau du Québec
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business law
Responsibilities
- Work on stimulating business law mandates: acquisitions & sales of companies, financing, corporate reorganizations, negotiation of agreements, etc.
- Intervene at several stages of the process, including due diligence and the drafting and review of commercial agreements.
- Orchestrate transaction closings in various sectors.
- Create sincere partnerships and have a concrete impact on clients, whether they are SMEs or corporations, operating in various sectors.
