Requirements

  • Member of the Barreau du Québec
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate law and commercial law
  • Organizational skills, time and priority management
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate transactions under the supervision of senior members of our team.
  • Draft and review commercial contracts, co-ownership agreements, limited partnership agreements, and other partnership agreements, sale deeds, and other relevant legal documents for the establishment of real estate partnerships and other significant real estate transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and provide analyses on complex real estate and commercial law issues.
  • Advise and inform clients on the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Assist with the negotiation of legal points in the context of significant real estate transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence during the acquisition or sale of real estate, including title searches.
