Your future team: As a key member of our business law team, you will collaborate with professionals specializing in business acquisitions & sales, financing, corporate reorganizations, and more. Your upcoming challenges at BCF: You will work on stimulating business law mandates: business acquisitions & sales, corporate reorganizations, negotiation of agreements, etc.; You will be involved in several stages of the process, including due diligence and the drafting and review of commercial agreements; You will also orchestrate transaction closings in various sectors; You will create sincere partnerships and have a concrete impact on our clients, whether they are SMEs or corporations, operating in various sectors. Requirements
- Members of the Barreau du Québec
- Between 2 and 3 years of experience in business law
