Requirements
- Member of the Barreau du Québec
- 4 to 7 years of experience in business law

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with professionals specializing in acquisitions & sales of businesses, financing, corporate reorganizations, and more.
- Work closely with a human and authentic team known for its expertise, creativity, passion, authenticity, generosity, and excellence.
- Work on stimulating business law mandates: acquisitions & sales of businesses, financing, corporate reorganizations, negotiation of agreements, etc.
- Intervene at various stages of the process, including due diligence and the drafting and revision of commercial agreements.
- Orchestrate transaction closings in various sectors.
- Create sincere partnerships and have a concrete impact on clients, whether they are SMEs or corporations, operating in various sectors.
