Requirements

  • Member of the Barreau du Québec
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in business law

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with professionals specializing in acquisitions & sales of businesses, financing, corporate reorganizations, and more.
  • Work closely with a human and authentic team known for its expertise, creativity, passion, authenticity, generosity, and excellence.
  • Work on stimulating business law mandates: acquisitions & sales of businesses, financing, corporate reorganizations, negotiation of agreements, etc.
  • Intervene at various stages of the process, including due diligence and the drafting and revision of commercial agreements.
  • Orchestrate transaction closings in various sectors.
  • Create sincere partnerships and have a concrete impact on clients, whether they are SMEs or corporations, operating in various sectors.
