Your future team As a key member of our litigation team, you will primarily collaborate with professionals specializing in civil and commercial law. On a daily basis, you will work closely with a human and authentic team that distinguishes itself by its expertise, excellence, creativity, and generosity.

Requirements

  • Law degree
  • Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec
  • 4 to 7 years of litigation experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage varied civil and commercial litigation files and provide support to partners in complex litigation matters.
  • Meet with clients to receive and analyze documentation, set objectives, and establish case strategy, while providing legal advice throughout the process.
  • Represent clients in negotiations with the opposing party, before the Court, in the context of amicable settlement conferences, or in other circumstances.
  • Conduct witness examinations and assist clients when they are being questioned.
  • Be responsible for trial preparation and drafting legal documents of all kinds.
