Responsibilities
- Manage diversified civil litigation files and support associates in complex contentious files.
- Meet with clients to receive and analyze documentation, set objectives, and establish case strategy, as well as provide legal advice throughout the file.
- Act as a representative for clients in negotiations with opposing parties, in court, at settlement conferences, or in other circumstances.
- Conduct witness examinations and assist clients when they are being questioned.
- Be responsible for trial preparation and drafting legal documents of all kinds.
