About The Position

Evo Ressources is currently looking for a Family Law Lawyer for the law firm Cliche Avocats. Are you passionate about family law and want to make a real difference in people's lives? Requirements

Hold a bachelor's degree in law and be a member of the Barreau du Québec
Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills
Show listening skills, judgment, and professionalism
Have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Be recognized for rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills
Be concerned about the quality of service delivered to clients
Have the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Master French both orally and in writing

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law

Responsibilities

Advise and represent clients in various family law cases
Draft legal proceedings, agreements, and legal documents
Intervene in cases of separation, divorce, child custody, alimony, and mediation
Prepare cases for hearings and represent clients before the courts
Support clients with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
Regularly plead before courts of various instances
Conduct legal research and monitor legislative and jurisprudential developments
Ensure rigorous follow-up of deadlines and active files
Collaborate with team members to offer high-quality legal service
Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders
Participate in the development and outreach of the firm
