Requirements
- Member of the Barreau du Québec.
- Between 4 and 8 years of experience in banking financing.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the setup of banking financing files (operating credit facility, term loans, real estate financing, and equipment financing).
- Participate in the drafting of credit agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements.
- Proceed with the taking of security, publication, and discharge of movable and immovable securities.
- Intervene at various stages of the process, including due diligence and the drafting and revision of commercial agreements.
- Orchestrate the closing of transactions in various sectors.
- Create sincere partnerships and have a concrete impact with our clients, whether SMEs or corporations, operating in various sectors.
