Capital Auto Group is seeking a customer-focused, motivated Automotive Vehicle Exchange Specialist to help customers explore opportunities to upgrade or exchange their current vehicles. The role centers on building customer relationships, evaluating trade-ins, and delivering a seamless customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities. Requirements

Experience in automotive sales, vehicle appraisals, or customer service.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of automotive products, vehicle features, and market trends.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers interested in upgrading or exchanging their vehicles.
Build relationships, understand customer needs, and present vehicle options.
Evaluate trade-in vehicles and determine market value.
Explain the benefits of upgrading and transitioning into another vehicle.
Negotiate trade-in values and pricing to create mutually beneficial deals.
Assist with vehicle exchange paperwork and documentation.
Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
