About The Position
The Vehicle Exchange Coordinator generates appointments through outbound calls, educates guests about Vehicle Exchange options, and guides customers through the entire acquisition process. The role includes appraising trade-ins, tracking activity in the CRM, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, building relationships with guests, and following up after acquisitions. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Good work ethic and a strong desire to advance in the automotive industry.
- Ability to meet the hours requirements.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate appointments.
- Educate guests on the options available through Vehicle Exchange.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track all activity in the CRM.
- Develop relationships with guests.
- Lead customers through the entire acquisition process.
- Appraise trade-ins.
- Follow up with customers after the acquisition.
