Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Writer or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with automotive service software and technology.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately document their vehicle service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians for timely service completion.
- Provide detailed estimates and explain service procedures and costs to customers.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate billing.
- Track work orders and follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and service recommendations.
- Support the service department in maintaining proper workflow and customer satisfaction.
