Southern 441 Toyota, a fast-growing, customer-focused dealership, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department. This is a critical revenue-protection and recovery role responsible for maximizing warranty reimbursement, ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions, and minimizing financial losses for the dealership. You will play a key role in protecting service department profitability while maintaining full compliance with Toyota warranty policies and procedures. This position is not purely clerical. Success is defined by your ability to recover maximum revenue through efficient processing, thorough documentation, and proactive follow-up on all warranty-related matters.
