About The Position

Audi Millburn is hiring Automotive Service Technicians for a full-time, flat-rate position reporting to the Service Manager. The role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards, verifying repairs through inspections, testing, and road tests, and documenting work accurately. Technicians are expected to follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures, maintain relevant certifications and required tools, and keep their work area clean. Compensation is described as a flat-rate range of $20 to $30, with eligibility for short- and/or long-term incentives, including productivity-based bonuses. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Requirements

At least 2 years of dealership or private repair experience.
Experience repairing all makes and models.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Team-player attitude and desire to grow a career.

Nice To Haves

B- and C-level technician experience is highly preferred.
ASE certifications are a plus.
A great attitude.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards.
Perform inspections, testing, and road tests to verify repairs.
Track labor time and accurately document repair details, inspections, and test results.
Follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
Maintain ASE and manufacturer certifications, required tools, and a clean work area.
