About The Position
The Automotive Service Shop Foreman will support automotive repair operations and help provide exceptional guest experiences. The role is intended for a technically focused team member with automotive technician experience, strong technical and mechanical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team on complex, repetitive tasks. The position requires compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policies, including requirements related to hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, and safeguarding customer vehicles, property, and information.
Requirements
- Previous automotive technician experience is required.
- Strong technical and mechanical skills.
- Ability to work as a team player and work repetitively on complex tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications are heavily preferred.
- Manufacturer certifications are heavily preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete required training for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know requirements.
- Comply with federal, state, and local laws and company policies regarding the safeguarding of customer vehicles, property, and information.
- Contribute to providing exceptional guest experiences and supporting automotive repair operations.
