About The Position

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing, dependable Service Porter to greet customers arriving at the service department and help ensure a smooth handoff to a Service Advisor. The role also involves moving customer vehicles around the lot and service areas, protecting vehicles while they are in the dealership’s care, and assisting with cleaning and custodial duties in shop and lot areas. Candidates must be willing and able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Valid, unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Willingness and ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
Install disposable protective coverings, such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats, and tag vehicles brought in for service.
Deliver vehicle keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor after parking vehicles.
Retrieve vehicles for customers at pickup, wait with them at the vehicle, and thank them for their business.
Follow all safety and security procedures.
Attend staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
