• Current or previous Automotive Service Manager experience is REQUIRED.
• Proven track record of increasing profitability, CSI, and team performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching and developing service advisors and technicians.
• Ability to drive process improvement while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Professional references are required.
