About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an Automotive Service Manager to lead a service team in Delaware Beaches and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Requirements

• 2–3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in high-volume service operations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

• DealerTrack experience.
• College education.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service department operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention.
• Coach, train, and develop Advisors and Technicians.
• Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics.
• Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Build a positive, high-performance service culture.
