About The Position
The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring experienced Automotive General Managers to lead dealerships throughout Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful Automotive General Manager experience.
- Proven record of dealership leadership and profitability.
- Strong financial, operational, and team development skills.
- Results-driven leadership, high integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Passion for developing people and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
