Automotive Service Manager

Precision Tune Auto Care - 6428 Greenwood Tune, IncGreenwood, SC

About The Position

Most people walk into an auto repair shop braced for the worst. They expect to be talked down to, upsold, and rushed out the door. We built our business on being the opposite of that — and we're looking for a leader who lives it. This isn't a job for someone who wants to hide behind a counter and run out the clock. It's for an operator who understands that in this business, the experience is the product just as much as the repair is. Great hospitality, done consistently, is what turns a first-time oil change into a customer for the next ten years. For over 50 years, Precision Tune Auto Care has earned trust the hard way — honest recommendations, quality work, and treating every person who walks in like a guest, not a transaction. We do complete vehicle maintenance and repair: oil changes, diagnostics, brakes, suspension, A/C, engine work, and everything in between. What sets us apart isn't the bay — it's how people feel when they leave it. We want a Service Manager who's hungry to grow a shop, obsessed with the guest experience, and takes full ownership of the number.
