About The Position

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous sales and service advisor experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to connect with people, communicate patiently and empathetically, and discuss cars.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and work toward sales goals.
- Guide customers through the services they have selected.
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians.
- After a vehicle service review, advise customers about tires, brakes, and other recommended services.
- Explain the benefits, costs, and product features of recommended services in an understandable way.
- Build customer connections and trust to encourage repeat business.
