About The Position

Fred Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for Nissan of Raleigh. The advisor provides quality, professional service to customers bringing in vehicles for scheduled maintenance and repairs, guiding them through the service process and building rapport. The role involves presenting needed repairs and maintenance, helping customers maintain vehicles according to manufacturer standards, and following company sales-process standards. The Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business founded in 1955, with dealerships representing multiple world-class automotive manufacturers and a history of community philanthropy and development.

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to build rapport and follow up with guests throughout the service process.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and professional service to customers bringing in vehicles for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Build rapport with customers and follow up with them throughout the service process.
• Assist customers in maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Present needed repairs and maintenance in a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Provide a high level of customer service to guests.
