About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in Miami, Florida. The role is customer-facing and combines automotive service guidance with sales. The advisor is the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians, explains elected services, and discusses recommended services such as tires and brakes in clear, understandable terms. The advisor explains benefits, costs, and product features to help customers make informed decisions, build trust, encourage repeat business, and achieve sales goals. ACE is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center focused on delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with potential earnings of up to $80,000 per year.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous sales and service advisor experience.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to connect with people, show patience and empathy, and discuss cars.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail.
