About The Position
Modern Automotive is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join Toyota of Boone. The role involves helping customers with vehicle service needs, understanding and documenting their concerns, recommending maintenance and repairs, and communicating repair estimates and updates throughout the service process. The advisor works closely with technicians and service management and builds lasting customer relationships through honest communication and excellent service.
