About The Position

Fred Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for Toyota of Raleigh. The role provides professional customer service to guests bringing in vehicles for scheduled maintenance and repairs. The Service Advisor builds rapport, communicates with customers throughout the service process, helps them maintain vehicles according to manufacturer standards, and presents needed repairs and maintenance. The position also involves learning to address objections, close sales, and complete the sales process in accordance with company standards. Requirements

Friendly and outgoing personality.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a high level of customer service.
Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
