About The Position

Fred Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for Toyota of Raleigh. The role delivers professional customer service to guests bringing in vehicles for scheduled maintenance and repairs. The advisor builds rapport, guides customers through the service process, helps them maintain their vehicles according to manufacturer standards, and presents recommended repairs and maintenance in a knowledgeable, professional manner. The position also involves following up with guests and completing the sales process in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and follow up with them throughout the service process.
• Assist customers in maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Present needed repairs and maintenance in a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
• Provide a high level of customer service to guests.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
