About The Position

The role involves assisting customers with vehicle service needs, documenting concerns, recommending maintenance and repairs, preparing repair orders and estimates, and communicating with customers throughout the service process. The advisor works closely with technicians and service management and builds customer relationships through honest communication and excellent service.
