About The Position

Automotive Service Advisor- Honda Service Advisors greet customers, identify service needs, and prepare repair orders. They communicate additional repair recommendations, provide cost estimates, and secure customer approval before work begins.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge preferred
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Successfully pass drug screen and preemployment background check

Nice To Haves

  • Previous service advisor or dealership experience is a plus
