Automotive Service Advisor - Kia/Subaru
About The Position
Ciocca Kia/Subaru of Ewing is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated automotive service advisor to join its team. The role provides an opportunity to support customers and the community while pursuing career and financial goals. The position is full-time and includes some Saturdays. Compensation is commission-based, with annual potential earnings of $65,000–$80,000. The company describes a supportive and collaborative work environment, air-conditioned shops and facilities that are regularly upgraded, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family. Requirements
- Consistent record of service and sales success.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and the flow of the drive lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person to ensure customers are not mishandled.
- Ensure technicians’ daily available time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary.
