Automotive Master Technician - Kia/Subaru
About The Position
Ciocca Kia/Subaru of Ewing is hiring an energetic, motivated Master Technician to join its team. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Technicians test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems, estimate the time needed for additional repairs, and complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications. The position is full-time, with hourly flat-rate pay of $40–$46 and stated yearly earning potential of $100,000–$150,000 or more. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates. Requirements
- At least 2 years of Master Service Technician experience.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- PA Emissions and Inspection Licenses.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- ASE Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
