About The Position

The role serves customers bringing vehicles in for scheduled maintenance and repairs, providing quality, professional service and guiding them through the service process. The advisor builds rapport, communicates needed repairs and maintenance, supports vehicle care according to manufacturer standards, and follows the company’s sales process. Requirements

• Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and professional service to customers bringing vehicles in for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Build rapport with customers and follow up with them throughout the service process.
• Assist customers in maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Present needed repairs and maintenance in a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Provide a high level of customer service to guests.
