Automotive Service Advisor
About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. The role focuses on taking excellent care of customers while achieving sales goals. The Service Advisor guides customers through selected services and serves as the primary point of contact between customers and automotive technicians. After a vehicle service review, the advisor explains recommended services, including tires, brakes, and other maintenance, in an easy-to-understand way. The advisor helps customers make informed decisions by explaining benefits, costs, and product features, and builds trust to encourage repeat business. ACE is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center that aims to provide fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. Compensation includes competitive base pay plus commission, with potential earnings of up to $80,000 per year. Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Previous sales and service advisor experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to connect with people, show patience and empathy, stay organized, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to detail.
- Passion for cars.
Responsibilities
